Arham is a founder of AMT-Advocates who is experienced as advocate and counselor at law for more than 20 years. He has bachelor of laws degree from the University of Trisakti and a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Prior to founding AMT-Advocates, Arham joined several law firms which focus on handling litigation/non- litigation cases and corporate legal matters.
In the course of his career, he had handled diverse litigation cases relating to civil and criminal laws, family, aviation, shipping, bankruptcy, state administrative law, land, and corruption offence. In corporate sector, Arham is experienced in handling merger, acquisition, liquidation, foreign investment, restructuring, land and property
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Trisakti (Bachelor of Laws) and has a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. He has over twenty-five years of practicing law in Indonesia as an advocate, legal consultant, in-house counsel, and internal legal counsel, as well as a member of PERADI. He began his career as a litigation lawyer at one of the law firms in Jakarta for around 4 years.
During the service period at the law firm, Verly had represented the clients in dealing with a variety of litigation cases. Before joining AMT-Advocates, Verly joined several reputable multinational companies, i.e.PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia as General Counsel (Head of Legal) and Head of Legal of PT Huawei Tech Investment. Verly is also a member of Association of Personal Data Protection Indonesia (APPDI). Verly has extensive experience in the areas of general corporate law, commercial, telecommunication, employment, bankruptcy and commercial dispute settlement by either litigation or non-litigation and corporate secretarial matters.
Citra, in addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in law, also holds various degrees in other disciplines, namely accounting and business. Currently, Citra is a legal professional and a lecturer at Esa Unggul University, Jakarta. As a lawyer, Citra is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Her Master of Commerce degree in International Business and Trade and Master of Commercial Law from Deakin University, Australia, has contributed significantly to her role as an advocate and legal consultant, enabling her to provide added commercial value in delivering legal services to clients.
Citra has obtained her Doctorate in Law from Trisakti University, Jakarta. Up to this point, Citra has over 15 years of experience as an advocate and legal consultant, handling various civil law cases. In addition, Citra is a member of the Indonesian Privacy Professional Association (APPDI) and the Indonesian Chartered Accountants Association (IAI).
Riana is recognized as a highly skilled corporate lawyer due to combined extensive experiences as an in-house counsel for more than 15 years and over 12 years in private practice, both in domestic and international levels. Riana used to be the co-founder of a boutique law firm focusing on corporate and investment matters. Riana was the Chief Legal Officer in one of the biggest group of companies focusing in food and commodities trading, manufacture, logistic, property and energy business.
Beforehand, Riana was also experienced as a Senior Legal Counsel (based in – Singapore Regional Office) and then promoted as a Country Head of Legal for Indonesia in one out of 4 biggest commodities group of companies in the world with legal exposures covering South East Asia countries. Riana has had a deep understanding of and skills in corporate law, cross-border transaction, M&A, project financing, corporate and debt restructurings in several sector combined with adequate commercial flavours. Riana graduated from the University of Indonesia, majoring in Business Law and a member of PERADI, HKHPM & ILUNI
Other than holding a Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum S.H.) from Trisakti University, Rico earned Diploma of Business Management from Royal Melbourne Institute Technology (RMIT), Australia and also graduated a Master of Laws (Magister Hukum) from Gadjah Mada University. Furthermore, he has accomplished several subjects in Commerce studies at Deakin University, Australia.
Rico is also a Doctor of Law from Brawijaya University. His previous practices as in-house legal counsel in several reputable companies has enriched his experiences as an advocate and legal consultant who has commercial outlook. As an advocate and a legal consultant with over 22 years of practice & member of PERADI, Rico has extensive experiences in handling various legal fields among others commercial, general corporate, land, intellectual property, plantation, and property. In litigation, he has experience in representing clients before various Indonesian courts and the Indonesia National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
Harry is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Pancasila University who has a diverse professional background prior to joining AMT-Advocates. His career began in Customer Service, then progressed to Legal Credit Administration, Human Resources & General Affairs (HRD & GA), and finally Notary Assistant, all of which strengthened his legal understanding and managerial skills.
As an advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), Harry has handled various cases relating to business disputes, corruption offences, employment disputes, inheritance and family laws, and drug abuse.
The advocates team members have had comprehensive and extensive experiences in areas of law for more than 25 years.
