Arham M. Tamin
Arham is a founder of AMT-Advocates
who is experienced as advocate and counselor at law for more than 20 years. He has bachelor of laws degree from the University of Trisakti and a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI)Prior to founding AMT-Advocates,
Arham joined several law firms which focus on handling litigation/non-litigation cases and corporate legal matters.
Verly Chiranto
He graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Trisakti (Bachelor of Laws), Jakarta in 1997 and has master of laws degree (LL.M) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2003. He has over two decades of practising law in Indonesia as in-house counsel and outside counsel. He began his career as a litigation lawyer at one of the law firms in Jakarta for around 4 years. During the service period at the law firm, he had represented the clients in dealing with a variety of commercial and criminal litigation cases. Before joining AMT-Advocates, he joined several companies as in-house counsel, i.e.: PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk., PT Asuransi AIA Indonesia, and PT Smart Telecom. Further, in 2008 he joined PT Huawei Tech Investment as a Head of Legal. After completing his services in PT Huawei Tech Investment for around 7 years, in 2015, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia as General Counsel (Head of Legal) for around 4 years.
Lanna Fadilla Citra
Citra holds doctoral degree in law from the University of Trisakti and a member of PERADI, and she has taken part as an advocate and counselor at law for 15 years. In the course of her career, she has a role in handling various legal cases, either criminal or civil case. Her educational background as Master of Commerce major in International Business and Trade dan Master of Commercial Law from Deakin University, Australia, highly contributes to her profession as an advocate and counselor at law which gave value added to legal services provided to her clients. Besides being a lawyer, Citra is also a lecturer of Child Protection Law and Victimology at the University of Indonesia Esa Unggul.
Rico J. Tambunan
Rico has a Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum - S.H.) in 2000 from Trisakti University, Jakarta and he earned Diploma of Business (Management) in 2002 from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia and furthermore in 2004 he has accomplished several subjects in Commerce studies at Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia. He also graduated a Master of Laws (Magister Hukum - M.H.) in 2019 from Gadjah Mada University, Jakarta. At present, Rico is now pursuing further legal studies in Doctoral Program at University of Brawijaya, Jakarta. Since 2008, Rico holds licensed advocate and registered as a member of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI). Almost 22 years of practicing as a corporate lawyer in domestic and multi-national companies and litigation in several law firms. Rico has experience in representing clients before the Indonesia National Board of Arbitration (BANI) as well as various Indonesian courts. Therefore, His experiences and expertise are considerably qualified to practice law.
Harry Suharto
He graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Pancasila and a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). As a junior advocate in AMT-Advocates, Harry handled diverse cases relating to business dispute, land, employment dispute, inheritance and family laws, and drug abuse.

Consultation
We will discuss with clients about the problems encountered. With data and supporting documents from the client, we will analyze the problem in terms of law.
Strategy
After the client and AMT-Advocates agreed, our team will provide directions, solutions and strategies that are most suitable for client problems.
Action
The AMT-Advocates team will act in accordance with the agreed strategy with the client, both giving advice in writing or acting inside or outside the court, or through other actions.
